As Ramadhan, the most blessed and Holy month for Muslims has come, I would like to brief about this a little. It is in this auspicious month the Holy Quran was first descended to Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon Him) through angel Gabriel. Ramadhan is a time of reflecting and worshipping God. It is also a time when Muslims are expected to slow down from worldly affairs and focus on self-reformation,spiritual cleansing and enlightenment, this is to establish a link between themselves and God through prayer, reciting Quran, supplication, charity, good deeds, kindness and helping others. It also allows Muslims to practice self-discipline, self-control, sacrifice, and empathy for those who are less fortunate; thus encouraging actions of generosity and charity.
Hence, I would like to take a short break from blogging during this month and might not be able to respond to your comments promptly and regularly and neither could I give you my feedbacks on your posts. But shall get back to you soon and catch up with all your yummy recipes again :) Thank you so much for visiting here.
Ramadhan Mubarak to all the Muslims out there. May Allah give you enough strength to be steadfast in your prayers and fasting and bless you with all that is good in this world and the hereafter ! Aameen !
