Double cream - 300 ml
Cut Pineapple pieces - from the can (never use fresh pineapple, it would sour the cream!)
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Chocolate cookies - 6-8 pieces (each cut into 4 parts)
Walnuts- 50 gms (cut into small parts)
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp (vanilla essence)
1. Whip the cream with Sugar and vanilla essence in a large bowl.
2. Add pineapple pieces, cookies and walnuts.
3. Keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
4. Serve chill.
